Ray Verma presents a three bedroom Sky Villa at Six Senses Residences, The Palm. It is one of only 32 residences in the building, and one of just 16 that face the Palm itself.

This is a duplex built to feel like a villa in the sky. You walk into a double height living room where a grand staircase rises beside a wall of double height glass, framing views of Palm Jumeirah and the landscaped gardens below. The scale of the room is rare in Dubai apartment living, and the light changes it from morning to evening.

Outside, your private swimming pool looks out over the same view. It feels as much like a garden home as a high floor residence.

The residence:

Three bedrooms, each with an ensuite
Separate study
Maid’s quarters
Double height living area with a grand staircase
Formal dining area
Private swimming pool
Views of Palm Jumeirah and the gardens
One of only 16 residences facing the Palm

Six Senses has built its name in some of the world’s most remote and exclusive destinations, and this is its first residential address on Palm Jumeirah. Owners have access to Six Senses Place, a members only wellness and social club with some of the most complete residential amenities ever brought to Dubai: a signature spa, longevity and recovery treatments, a movement studio, curated dining, a kids club, multiple pools and direct beach access.

Plots on the West Crescent take up the full width of the island. That means beach access with no road between you and the water, and a setting that is far harder to build out than most of the Palm.

With only 32 residences, this is a private, low density building rather than a tower of hundreds. Sky Villas are the rarest homes in it, and Palm facing Sky Villas rarer still. For an end user who wants the space and presence of a villa with the service of a world class hotel brand, there are very few alternatives in Dubai.

Viewings strictly by appointment.
